We don't accept insurance directly, but we can provide superbills for you to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many HSA/FSA cards work for our services.
What's the commitment period?
All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. We recommend at least 6 months for meaningful results, but you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Is hormone therapy included or extra?
Standard bioidentical HRT is included in Optimize and Peak plans when medically indicated. Advanced peptide protocols may have additional costs depending on the specific compounds.
Can I switch plans later?
